HEAT TREATING / STRESS RELIEVING BLANKETS

Pyro Shield is excited to offer innovative products that are designed for the heat treating / stress relieving industry. Our blankets are fabricated with silica needled mat and multi-layer fabrics which has been specially designed for this application. Pyro Shield blankets serve as replacement for refractory ceramic fiber and costly knitted fabrics. Unlike RCF products, Pyro Shield blankets are completely non-respirable and safe to use, one of Pyro Shield's product's biggest advantages. However, its ability to be re-used multiple times without losing insulation properties or decreasing R factors.

FLAME / TORCH GUARDS

Our Torch Guard is designed for commercial, industrial and residential applications where protection from torch flame and heat is the top priority. We are excited to introduce its new torch guard with PyroSil�. Manufactured out of our exclusive multi-layer PyroSil� fabric, the torch guard is an impenetrable barrier to any torch flame. The patented structure of PyroSil� fabric also provides incredible strength鍟his translates into a product that can be re-used hundreds of times with no visible wear. To facilitate use in plumbing applications, our torch guard has a unique center slit for convenience in working around pipe. As an added benefit, using torch guard allows you to keep the torch flame at its recommended level thereby extending the useful life of the torch.
